Meet Our Agents:

Marty Donovan is a lifelong resident and public servant of Pensacola. His parents John and Mary Beth Donovan founded Donovan Realty, Inc. in 1976 in the same location in downtown Pensacola where the business continues to operate to this day. Marty began his career in real estate working in the appraisal side of the business, then moving into historic preservation and renovation and obtaining his residential contractor’s license, then going on to serve as a leader within Donovan Realty, ultimately becoming President of the company.

With 49 years of experience in both Florida and Alabama Marty possesses a level of skill and experience unmatched by anyone in the region. Whether it is vacant land, commercial, residential, property management, real estate development, or anything else in between, Marty has been there and done that and is happy to share all that he knows with each of his clients.
